milkrun - based in Toronto and founded under the mutual effort from the house music passionate Phil and the young media producer Berk in December 2008.
With a focus on house music, milkrun has wanted to contribute it's part to the Toronto music scene and created a platform for those with a strong understanding of contemporary music and art.
From day one musical success has been guaranteed by presenting established and new, emerging artists plus sophisticated international guests in the environment of underground events. New unexpected influences can be shocking to the crowd, but also keeping things fresh - that is what milkrun aims for.
With all this in mind, milkrun's story has only been possible through the support of the current main activists in that scene and also with the genuinely friendly, passionate and music loving community. This support has enabled milkrun to focus its activities on artists that are considered protagonists of the current international music scene and some of the most forward thinking individuals of our time.
